解决方法：
该组件所在目录是\WCU\64bitPrereq\x64\VS_Prerequisites_x64_chs.msi，单独安装该组件时，会提示出错
error 25541 failed to open xml file c:\windows\microsoftnet\framework\v4.0.30319\config\machine.config, system error -2147024786
说明错误原因在此。
在C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\CONFIG目录下，有一个“machine.config.default”文件，改名为
“machine.config”替换掉原来的“machine.config”就可以了。
