高手请进，请问个在eclipse里启动tomcat的问题
系统：ubuntu13.04基本情况：我在eclipse里安装了tomcatplugin插件后导航栏上出现了3个小猫的图标，我在window->preference里也配置：在tomcat home里填了我的tomcat的位置，版本也选了，然后在advance选项里有个tomcat base选项没填，不知道这个是干什么的。
问题：我点击启动tomcat的图标时却启动不成功，报错如下：
