完美解决office出现错误the setup controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review the log

今天有两个童鞋问到我同一个问题

就是office里面出现错误提示

Setup Error

the setup controller has encountered a problem during install. Please review the log files for further informatin on the error.

网上找到了两种方法，不过要根据实际情况使用：

1、修改目录的方法

针对Office 2010就直接将
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/OFFICE14/Office Setup Controller
目录改名或者删除，这招对我管用，很简单就解决了这个问题！

针对Office 2007，那就是
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/OFFICE12/Office Setup Controller
这个目录了。

2、卸载Office 2010

注意，这个卸载可不是简单的卸载，因为一般卸载再重装还是会出现这个问题的。
可以使用微软的工具Windows Installer Clean Up，

使用方法也很简单，这里就不说了。干净卸载后再重新安装就好了。

Office安装控制器，管理安装相关的工作，确保安装源存在并完整，比如发现你的序列号不对让你重新输入。确认每个计算机已经准备妥善，安装引擎开始安装、配置相关选项。

so.. 重命名/删除Office Setup Controller目录不会影响OFFICE系列软件的工作的,请大家放心呵
